PAYMENT TERMS
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payment recipient on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence.
Paytrail offers, among others, the following payment methods: online payments from Finnish banks, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto, Pivo) and credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa, Amex).
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Delivery time, costs and methods
Products are manufactured within 7–14 days of the order date at the latest. After this, Suomen Posti is responsible for the delivery time.
Delivery costs are based on Posti's current price list and are automatically added to your order according to the delivery method you choose. Packages are normally delivered as postal parcels, but we reserve the right to send smaller packages as letter mail to the recipient's home address.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
Products ordered in a pre-designed version: have the normal 14-day exchange and return right. Please note that any exchange or return shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the product must be returned completely unused with all tags attached.
Vainio products made according to the customer's selections: We aim to maximize customer satisfaction and make the product exactly to your liking. Customized made-to-order products do not have the statutory right of cancellation or return for distance sales.
In the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing defect or is otherwise faulty, the product can be repaired or exchanged for a new one free of charge.
Returning a faulty / exchangeable product
Please always agree on the return of a faulty product with our customer service in advance. We cover the shipping costs of repaired / exchanged products in full. Products can be returned in the original packaging or another weather-resistant bag/box. Remember to keep the return receipt as proof that the product has been sent.
