RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN

All Vainio products are made to order according to the customer’s choices (excluding second-hand products). This allows us to maximise customer satisfaction and make a product specifically to your preferences. Custom-made products do not have the statutory right of cancellation or return that normally applies to distance sales under Finnish consumer protection law.

In the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing defect or is otherwise faulty, it can either be repaired or replaced with a new product free of charge.

Returning a faulty product or a product to be replaced

Please always agree the return of a potentially faulty product with our customer service in advance. We cover the shipping costs of products to be repaired or replaced in full. Products may be returned in their original packaging or another weather-resistant bag or box. Please also keep the receipt for the return as proof that the product has been sent to us.
