Vainio Svetari has evolved into a hoodie. A relaxed fit, high-quality materials and uncompromising Finnish craftsmanship make this a dependable hoodie for everyday life, work and leisure.
The hoodie is naturally customizable: choose the main colour and the shades for the cuffs and reinforcements to create a combination that looks like you. The well-shaped hood provides effective protection from less-than-pleasant weather, wind and snow.
100% handmade in Pyhtää, Finland. Comfortable to wear, durable in use and a good choice when values matter too.

Hoodie recipe
As with the Sweatpants, the quality of our hoodie is immediately noticeable from its wonderfully soft, brushed, and thick-feeling sweatshirt fabric. The fabric contains 70% cotton with an additional 30% polyester to give it extra strength. Our sweatshirt fabric is OEKO TEX 100 certified.
The reinforcement fabric is 100% polyester. The fabric is coated to be water-repellent, which also helps to wipe away potential dirt stains without a major washing process!
The ribbing is 95% cotton and contains 5% (surprise, surprise) elastane. The ribbing is OEKO TEX 100 certified.

The Vainio Hoodie mimics the same wonderfully comfortable feel as the Vainio trousers, and we use exactly the same materials and shades in its production.
