If you discover a defect in a product, follow these steps:
- Contact us via email and describe the issue.
- Send the defective product to us for inspection.
- If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will replace it with a brand-new equivalent product.
If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we offer flexible solutions:
- We will return the product to you.
- Alternatively, we can restore the product for our Sekond Händ service and offer you shopping credit for new products.

About Vainio's pants
Our pants are designed to last from play to play. However, we ask you to take into account when using the pants that our background ideas about games are inner games and our materials for the pants have been selected with this idea in mind. We'll have to wait a little longer for Vainio's durable pants for outdoor play, so try to be patient and give your children's Vainio Pants some indoor use time. Although our Pants are equipped with a reinforced fabric, we cannot guarantee a longer service life for the product if the products are used on terraces with sticks or if Äkäslompolo's Pirunkuru is climbed on all fours.
You can immediately see the quality of the pants from the wonderfully soft, brushed and thick-feeling jeans. College contains 70% cotton and an additional 30% polyester to give the fabric extra strength. Our college is OEKO TEX 100 - standardized.
The reinforcement fabric is 100% polyester. The fabric is coated to be water-repellent, which also helps to wipe away possible dirt stains without a major washing process!
The elastics of the pants are 95% cotton and contain 5% (surprise surprise) elastane. The springs are OEKO TEX 100 - standardized.

The waistband of the trousers is located at the back of the trousers. Surely every parent understands why it's a good place for tape...
The reinforcement fabric is sewn on top of the sweatshirt fabric. In this way, we maximize the wearing comfort of the pants, when the wonderfully soft brushed surface of the Pants feels comfortable against the skin in the most special games.
The springs are a longer model than normal. In this way, you can keep your child's pants at least two sizes up! Wrap the elastics in two layers or leave them completely exposed, the snappy elastic does not let the pants' bow fall uncomfortably under the heel.
Care instructions
The care instructions are marked on the products for a reason. Before and after possible washing, look at the washing tag and try to follow the instructions on it. In this way, the product will last as much time and love as possible.
